up with us. i m gurvir dhindsa. i m steve chenevey. tony perkins with us as always. good morning to you. we are off to a start and a start where we have some moisture out there as well off to our east. we are seeing light showers early this morning. plenty of clouds around. let s take a look at the current temperatures around the region. we are at 72 degrees in d.c. 70 at dulles airport. patuxent naval air station is at 74 degrees. in hagerstown and in winchester, it is 68 degrees. here also look at the satellite- radar. some light rain to the east of the washington area. you see some of it right there. later on, we ll show you hd radar. we do have scattered rain showers across the area and plenty of clouds hanging around early this morning. your forecast for today, it will be a mostly cloudy day. a few isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible not just this morning but through the day. high about 85 degrees. we ll have more details on that forecast coming up ....
