MAPLE SHADE – Two township residents are accused of supplying the methamphetamine that caused a Medford man’s fatal overdose. Joshua Lanigan, 39, and Jeanine Hughes, 44, are charged with strict liability for drug-induced death in connection with a deadly incident last year, said the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office. The overdose victim, 38-year-old Andrew Shelley, was found dead March 18 by a hiker in a wooded area off Route 70 in Medford, the prosecutor’s office said in a statement. Shelley’ family had reported him missing on Feb. 18, it said. An obituary described Shelley as someone who loved being by the ocean and out in the wilderness, fishing, boating, riding bikes, traveling, and spending time with his family. ....
