A 42-year-old was arrested following a collision between a vehicle and a cyclist at the intersection of North Goose Creek Boulevard and Colonial Drive.
Jay Engelhardt was charged with a DUI after hitting and killing Michael Wilson while the man rode his bicycle along North Goose Creek Boulevard on March 23.
