Captain TJ Ott’s nephew, Danny, who is passionate about tuna fishing, was on board the Hot Tuna learning the ropes. “It’s on me to teach him everything I know so when he’s doing it on his own one day, he has all the tools he needs,” Ott said. “The only way he’s going to get good at this and grow as a fisherman is if we give him the opportunity to be more involved with everything that goes on on the boat on a daily basis.” ....
