A Buford man who works for the City of Lawrenceville is one of two finalists named Tuesday night for Franklin County manager.
“Out of six applicants who were interviewed, the board identified two finalists that were determined to be highly qualified for the position,” said Franklin County Board of Commission Chairman Jason K. Macomson in a social media post.
Macomson released basic information about the two finalists.
Derrick Turner lives in Buford and has served as budget officer for the City of Lawrenceville since 2017. He holds a bachelor of business administration degree from Tennessee State University and a master of business administration in project management from Keller Graduate School of Management. ....
