The Brevard County Grand Jury indicted 35-year-old Jason Godleski for First-Degree Felony Murder, Aggravated Child Abuse, Aggravated Manslaughter of a Child, Neglect of a Child with Great Bodily Harm, Child Abuse, and Tampering with Evidence, in connection to the death of his son 12-year-old Noah Godleski in Palm Bay.
Jason Godleski, the Brevard County man accused of killing his son two years ago, will now face murder charges for the boy’s death, a month after rejecting a plea deal in the case.
A month after a woman was sentenced to 30 years in prison over the abuse of a 12-year-old boy, court records show the boy's father will no longer be accepting a plea deal like his girlfriend did.
