Sippy Downs man Jason Devlin, 41, was arrested on April 30 last year after a police raid at his address uncovered a cornucopia of drugs and drug paraphernalia. He made an unsuccessful bail application in Maroochydore Magistrates Court the following day, May 1, and has spent the intervening period remanded in custody.
