건설사 맘대로 분양가 매기니 30평 아파트 건축비만 6억

오마이뉴스 아파트 분양가상한제가 폐지되면서 아파트 건축비가 30평 기준 6억원까지 급등한 것으로 조사됐다. 특히 문재인 정부 기간 아파트 건축비는 2억5000만원이나 상승했다. 경제정의실천시민연합과 심상정 정의당 의원은 20일 공동 기자회견을 열고 역대 아파트 건축비 변동 현황 분석 결과를 발표했다. 이날 발표에 따르면 30평 아파트 건축비는 김대중 정부 시절(1998년~2003년) 1억1000만원, 노무현 정부 시절 (2003년~2008년) 4000만원씩 상승했다. 노무현 정부 임기 초 30평 아파트 건축비는 1억7000만원에서 임기말 2억1000만원으로 올랐다. 분양가에 비해 건축비 상승 폭은 비교적 크지 않았고, 2007년에는 분양가상한제를 도입하는 주택법도 통과됐다. 분양가상한제가 본격 시행된 이명박 정부(2008년~2013년) 임기 중, 건축비는 1억9000만원으로 오히려 2000� ....
