A report card from Voice of the Faithful shows many dioceses failing in financial transparency. The Archdiocese of Atlanta, however, scored in the top five dioceses for transparency in this first online review of diocesan finance councils’ composition and compliance with canon law.
In a report on diocesan financial councils, only 18 of the 176 dioceses got a grade of 60% or better what the Voice of the Faithful considered a passing grade when it released its report.
