SKIMS MS Moves Court Against Director’s Decision
SRINAGAR: The High Court has granted a fortnight for the SKIMS administration to respond to the petition that the tertiary care hospital’s medical superintendent has filed. Dr Farooq A Jan, the medical superintendent of the SKIMS, has pleaded that he has been divested of his legitimate powers vested in him as the MS.

The petition was heard by Justice Rajneesh Oswal on February 18. It was after the arguments from the two sides that the SKIMS Director was given two weeks to respond to the writ petition. The next date of hearing is slated for March 9. ....
