At least nine people have been confirmed dead, more than 150 others injured from a crash involving two trains, a headon collision in germany. Its happening about an hour outside of munich in the countrys southern region. One of the trains derailed near the city of bad aibling. All of the available rescue teams in that region are at the crash site. They had a tough time getting there because its in a remote part of the country. Rescue helicopters carried people on a rope across a river to waiting ambulances. Were told all survivors are safe and investigators are starting to look through that wreckage. He was 79 years old. The Funeral Service is scheduled to begin in just about an hour from now. Its open to the public, although the burial will be private. Here in the bay area, new this morning, a san jose bar is now a crime scene following a deadly stabbing. It happened shortly before 1 00 this morning outside of the elegant pub in east san jose. Two men were taken to the hospital where one of them later died. Were told the other victim is is expected to be okay. No word on what led to this stabbing. Police have not made any arrests. New details in the case of a missing bay area woman. It is now being considered a homicide investigation. Police say they believe this san jose woman was killed and vanished from a birthday party. She saw aguilar leave sunday around 1 00 in the morning and that was the last time anyone saw her. Police say they are following leads and looking at evidence to find answers. Police say the robbers were driving a black Crown Victoria with no license plates, the sheriffs have a warning for everyone. Dont pull over. Make the other driver go around you, make them pass you. Take a look at the first picture. This is the first image of the white male between 25 and 35 who used a gun to rob the store. Here the Sheriffs Department thinks there was a second suspect, this person who appeared to be on the lookout and then entered the store half way through the robbery when they realized that the panic button h
