This morning, the head of the aclu of South Carolina calls the officers actions an egregious use of force. Classmates say the whole. Started when the female student refused to put away her cell phone. The incident is downright difficult to watch. This cell phone video captured the moment a South Carolina resource officer tossed a female student across a classroom monday.
