the start of trump s election subversion trial? yeah, well, that likely ain t happening. it could be much later than that now. just so we re clear on that, we ll talk more about that tonight. but the question remains why kick the can down the road? it s almost a sure fire bet that scotus will have to take this up again at some point and maybe even sooner than you think. an expedited review of the case is already under way in the d.c. circuit court of appeal, which will hear oral arguments on january 9th. that s pretty quick. however that court may rule, either side, guess what? you guessed it, is likely to appeal. why wait? don t the american people have the right to know the answer? does he have immunity or not to this right now? i mean given the zip lipped with the justices, it s hard to know which way they re leaning or how they re thinking about this very important issue. but could it have something to do with a big land mine right in the middle of this dance floor? you k
