After more than 20 years in financial services and marketing, Such is bringing new passion to Falling Sky. Once a regular at the Falling Sky Brewing taps, Stephen Such is taking on a more permanent position at the brewery he loves: owner. While the Falling Sky Brewpub and Falling Sky Delicatessen are under new ownership, the legacy staff remains, including the head brewer, head chef and general manger.
