James “Jim” Allen Bird, of Fargo, passed away peacefully at the age of 59. Jim was called home to our loving Father’s kingdom on March 24, 2023. Jim was surrounded by loved ones when he passed from a brief illness at Sanford Medical Center.
The NAU community has been devastated since hearing Kim and her husband, Corey Allen, disappeared on Thanksgiving while sea kayaking near Rocky Point. Kim's body was recovered a few days later.
