The son of a man charged with being inside the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 – who claimed he urinated in House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office – also faces charges he participated in the attack, federal authorities say.
James Douglas Rahm III, of Atlantic City, traveled with his father, James Douglas Rahm Jr., to Washington, D.C. on Jan. 5, for a Trump rally the next day. Both men then made their way to the Capitol and pushed their way inside, at times overpowering police trying to hold them back, authorities allege.
