This month's pop stuff is about new restaurants mainly within newer hotels in NYC that are focusing on cuisines that are outside of typical euro-centric ideas of what fine dining should look like and specifically how relationships with hotels and other landlords are helping this shift towards cuisines of the Global South and Asian cuisines.
