PETALING JAYA: A total of 10 new Covid-19 clusters were reported in the country on Sunday (April 4), with a prison cluster in Sarawak alone reporting 160 new infections.
The Tembok Sri Aman cluster was discovered after a screening of detainees at the Sri Aman Prison on March 30.
Of the other nine new clusters reported, five were detected at workplaces and four were community linked, said Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah in a statement.
The Jalan Maju Cermerlang cluster reported 11 infections following a screening of a factory in Ulu Tiram, Johor Baru, while the Jalan Murni Satu cluster involving an education centre in Kluang reported 15 infections.
