hours while crews investigate. and an incident between two drivers leaves one dead, the other one on the run following a shooting this afternoon in antioch that left a portion of highway 4 closed for hours. shots rang out about 3:00 near the bailey road off-ramp. other drivers call the 911 to report the shots coming from one of the cars at the other. the car that was being shot at crashed into the center divide. that driver later died. sheriff s office have not released a description of the car they re looking for but do want to hear from anyone who might have information. had the aftermath of tragedy. they were cousins and best friends. two young women killed when a balcony collapsed in berkeley. thousands gathered today to say good-bye to ashley donohoe and burke. more on in this truly moving memorial. while the two women died at such a young age, they led very full lives. so close they often joked about being twins. they thrived together and sadly, died togethe ....
least two police officers, wounding one. twenty minutes later, he shot a riverside officer to death. this afternoon, his car was found on fire in big bear. a witness said there were footprints in the snow, leading away from the car. i can t tell you whether he s here or not, but we re assuming that he s still in the area. reporter: the riverside police chief says what makes this man so dangerous is the fact that he said what he was going to do and he went out and so far he s done it. the police chief in riverside says he s targeting officers and murdering that officer was a very dangerous situation. he had no remorse and ambushed two officers in riverside. a very dangerous situation. they re going to search as long as they can tonight, but when the weather comes in, they re going to have to stop, is what i m told. we saw the pictures of officers in the area, near cabins and homes. are people in the big bear area being warned to lock doors, watch out for this guy? ....
