Four cinematic virtual reality (cine-VR) projects produced by Ohio University undergraduate and graduate students are gaining national and global recognition in festivals. 
Unlike traditional television and movies, cine-VR encompasses a person’s entire field of view. Instead of looking at a flat surface, people can look up, down, left and right and still be immersed in the story. 
The projects were recorded before the COVID-19 pandemic hit in Spring 2020, and editing took place for the second half of the semester. Students involved included student employees of the Game Research and Immersive Design (GRID) Lab from units across Scripps College of Communication, as we ....

Despite being so different, all three men have one thing in common: they’ve all been recent subjects in the ongoing debate around “cancel culture.” From Hollywood to Whoville, these figures have been courting controversy in recent weeks with varying levels of severity.
