Delhi University to forge ties with remote universities Officiating Vice-Chancellor of Delhi University (DU) PC Joshi said the university has launched a Vidya Vistar Scheme to develop cooperative academic bonding between its colleges and departments with other universities situated in remote areas of India, writes Jaideep Deo Bhanj for The Hindu.
