Duane Vermeulen suggested they should rather play a game of touch rugby.
It was prompted by referee Marius van der Westhuizen handing out two yellow cards to Sharks centre Marius Louw and Bulls prop Jacques van Rooyen.
Louw was sent to the sin-bin in the 20th minute for a hit on Morne Steyn after the Bulls pivot had taken a mark inside his own 22m area. Louw s head brushed against Steyn when he made contact, and upon review, Van der Westhuizen and television match official Marius Jonker decided a yellow card was warranted.
Five minutes later, Van Rooyen suffered the same fate when his tackle on Sharks flank Henco Venter resulted in both players clashing heads. ....
