In granting the demurrer filed by the city, Judge Timothy Canning ruled that the city, in its regular practice of publicly posting their agendas six days in advance of the meeting, would have turned their regular Oct. 3 meeting into a special meeting had they placed the Housing for All initiative after posting their agenda.
It is with great sadness that we have to announce the passing of Richard Alan Burns (67) on June 6, 2023. He passed away peacefully, just as he wished, while watching TV and resting in bed at his daughter's home in El Centro, CA.
