Treadway, 54, of 115 W. Franklin St., Roodhouse, was arrested at 1:08 p.m. Monday on a charge of criminal trespass to state-supported land after being on property in the 300 block of West Beecher Avenue after being told he could not be there. ACCIDENTS • Dahan I. Nachman, 22, of New Jersey was cited on a charge of failing to yield after the car he was driving and one being driven by Catherine B. He is accused of burning a picnic table at Waverly Lake. • Two inflatable Christmas decorations, together valued at $150, were damaged Monday morning in the 400 block of South Grove Street, according to Waverly Police. • Ryne Varboncoeur, 32, of Jacksonville was cited on a charge of operating an uninsured vehicle after the car he was driving and one being driven by Addyson N.
