Sweet 16: Jacob Wukie making run in Olympic archery tournament

TOKYO A pair of Americans, including Stark County native Jacob Wukie, will shoot for the right to advance to the quarterfinal round in the men s individual archery tournament.
Following two upsets in the round of 64 and 32, the No. 47-seed Wukie, who now lives in Fremont, will face the No. 2 overall seed, archery teammate Brady The Arizona Cowboy Ellison, in the round of 16 at 10:01 p.m. Friday.
Wukie qualified for the round of 16 thanks to his pinpoint shooting in upsets over Andrés Aguilar of Chile, the 18 seed, in a 7-1 rout in round one, followed by a 6-5 victory over Riau Ega Agatha of Indonesia, the 15 seed.
