In 2017, Barath made a bold, life-changing decision to go all-in on his music career. After years of working construction, the Center resident took a shot at entrepreneurship with his wife Gwenda, opening up a sip-wine-while-you-paint franchise in Lawrenceville. When competition with other paint shops forced the couple to close shop, Barath at the urging of his wife, decided to take a run at being a full-time musician.
