Reservoir St., Springfield, was booked into the Morgan County jail at 5:03 a.m. Thursday on charges of obstructing justice and resisting a peace officer and on an out-of-county warrant accusing him of contempt of court. • Robert L. Edwards, 66, of Chicago was booked into the Morgan County jail at 12:06 p.m. Wednesday on charges of possession of a fraudulent identification card and obstructing identification. • A Jacksonville boy was arrested at 9:39 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.
