He might have bowed out of the TV show, but Jon Pertwee regenerated as Doctor Who in 1989 for a visit to His Majesty s Theatre. He, along with Rebecca Thornhill and Graeme Smith as the Time Lords companions, starred in Doctor Who, The Ultimate Adventure, meeting some of the doctor s most famouse foes, including the Daleks and the Cybermen.
