A Bangin’ Noise Parade parade starts at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, at Drifters, 1505 W. Main St. “We’ve been in contact with IDOT (Illinois Department of Transportation) and IDOT’s Joe Monroe said to be safe and be smart,” Grafton Mayor Rick Eberlin said. “It’s masks up and keep your distance.
