The Nigeria Police Force, Ebonyi State Command has said its operatives are on the trail of some gunmen who attacked Umuihe autonomous community, Akaeze in the Ivo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, and killed the traditional ruler, Umazi Ibo Ubani. There was heavy shootings in the community by the gunmen during the invasion last Friday, which created panic in the area as members of the community were seen scampering for safety.
