Two young children are without their parents after a man shot and killed them and then committed suicide. This has been disruptive to this very quiet neighborhood, Hamid Mansaray told WMAR Tuesday after recalling the shooting.
That deadly disruption stemmed from a domestic issue that left 31-year-old Ryan Scott Lee Sr. and his wife 31-year-old Ivania Margarita Lee dead.
Neighbors tell us they were young parents who had just moved into the neighborhood less than a year ago.

Three adults are dead and a child was injured after a shooting inside a home in Laurel.
Anne Arundel County police responded to the 200 block of Federalsburg South around 9:30 p.m. Monday for a report of a shooting.
When officers arrived, police said they found three adult victims dead and an injured child.
The child was transported to an area hospital, police said.
One male victim was lying on a nearby sidewalk with apparent gunshot wounds. He was identified as Ryan Scott Lee Sr., a 31-year-old from a nearby address who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers made entry into the residence and discovered Lee s wife, identified as Ivania Margarita Lee, 31, suffering from gunshot wounds. She was also pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel.
