The Isla Vista Community Services District (IVCSD) is appointing one candidate to its board after Ethan Bertrand stepped down as IVCSD director to serve on the Goleta Union School District Board in December 2022.
Now, not only has IVCSD taken on several projects, but it has reached the stage where it can expand its staff to provide better services for local residents.
