Exelon s Limerick Generating Station in Montgomery County. The power plant would be owned by a new generation company that Exelon announced Wednesday it was spinning off into a separate company.
Exelon Corp. announced Wednesday it plans to spin off its power-generation business from the company’s six utilities, including Peco, Atlantic City Electric and Delmarva Power.
