26年他用15000余张照片记录一条河的变迁

立秋已过，高温天气并未消失。烈日下，九龙坡区中梁山街道共和村跳磴河畔，一位头发花白的老人，用手机拍摄着蓝天白云下的跳磴河。“现在手机方便，没带相机的时候我就用手机拍。”老人叫白太平，今年已70岁，在跳磴河畔生活了46年，“从1995年开始，我就在拍跳磴河，到现在拍了15000多张照片啰。” ....
