Prime minister theresa may will be holding one on one talks with various eu leaders. So, what is she up against . Malta holds the rotating presidency of the eu. Its Prime Minister, joseph muscat, has been clear britain cant have its cake and eat it too. He has told the European Parliament this. We want a fair deal for the United Kingdom. But and its a big but that deal necessarily needs to be inferior to membership.
