North Dakota Health and Human Services (HHS) wants to bring awareness to positive changes related to reducing or ending the use of alcohol during Alcohol Awareness Week.
The festival was a chance for families to come together and celebrate spring as well as spend time with one other. The purpose of the festival was to bring together students that are a part of the Individualized Education Plan, or otherwise known as IEP.
