The man in his 20s and two juveniles were arrested yesterday following the disturbance at Island Key, East Wall in Dublin on 17 November. Detective Garda Michelle Fitzpatrick gave evidence of arrest charge and caution in the case of one of the boys, aged 15. She said he made reply, and he was handed a true copy of the charge. Judge Jones asked for an outline of the allegations. The man in his 20s is currently being detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Mountjoy Garda station. Video footage of events surrounding the incident was captured by bystanders on their mobile phone and widely circulated on social media. Officers at Store Street had issued an earlier appeal to members of the public who may have witnessed this incident to contact them. Gardaí had issued the appeal to anybody who was in the area between 8.40pm and 9.45pm on that Tuesday to come forward. They had also appealed to any road users who may have camera footage, including dash-cam, to make this footage available to them. ....
