In an unexpected move, the government has announced eight new GLS sites for the second half of 2023; one of the biggest land sales events we've seen in around a decade. On top of that, two of the GLS sites are in the prime areas of Orchard and River Valley. This will be the first time since 2018 when land.

From the introduction of the massive Normanton Park , to the uniquely positioned The Reef at King’s Dock – you could say that home buyers have had quite a good spread to choose from so far (adding on to the already flourishing list of new launches).
Now just a week after, Irwell Hill Residences makes its introduction.
What I find really interesting here is the juxtaposition between the two recent launches.
Midtown Modern had a focus on bringing a liveability perspective to the dense and crowded Bugis precinct, with its efficient unit layouts and blanket of greenery. And by and large, I would say they have succeeded on that front.

SINGAPORE - Buyers snapped up 278 of the 540 units of City Developments Ltd s Irwell Hill Residences, a 99-year leasehold development in prime District 9, on its launch weekend.
The condominium off River Valley Road was launched at an average selling price of $2,700 per sq ft.
About 80 per cent of the buyers are Singaporeans, with the remainder comprising permanent residents and foreigners from China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, South Korea, UK and others, CDL said on Sunday (April 11).
Units ranged from 398 sq ft for a studio to 1,582 sq ft for a four-bedoom premium, including three penthouses from 2,185 to 2,605 sq ft. Apartments were priced from $998,000 for a studio unit to over $4 million for a four-bedroom premium unit with a private lift.
