Catherine Celebrates Easter will air on RTÉ ONE on Friday 2nd April at 8.30pm.
With Easter comes the promise of warmer days, delicious lamb dishes and chocolate filled eggs. Not to mention pastel decorations and fun-filled Easter egg hunts! It s a wonderful time to celebrate and much needed this year.
Under the guidance of Catherine Fulvio, seasonal spring ingredients will brighten our kitchens with colourful treats such as home-made decorated cookies and the chocolate eggs.

It s that fabulous time of the year when we begin to see growth emerge from the energy beneath the surface once more. The seemingly delicate and tender snowdrops and crocuses have battled through frozen ground to open-up in glorious, colourful bloom.
Soon, that annual switch will go off in each one of us which sends us longing for the outdoors once more, a longing which is exacerbated this year for obvious reasons of lockdown.
