Once again, an Iranian director – Mohammad Rasoulof – was stopped from attending Cannes Film Festival. The annual festival begins on May 14 and ends on May 25.
Renowned Iranian film director Dariush Mehrjui and his wife, Vahideh Mohammadifar, were tragically stabbed to death at their home in Tehran. The couple s daughter discovered their bodies, prompting an ongoing investigation by authorities.
