STEVE: NEW TONIGHT. IOWA LIKE MANY STATES NEEDS A LOT MORE COVID-19 VACCINE. THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION UNVEILED A NEW VACCINE PILOT-PROGRAM ON TUESDAY BUT IOWA ISN’T INCLUDED THE FIRST PHASE.
