After a year with relatively few public screenings, FilmScene has a slate of fresh programming scheduled for the end of the month set to be shown on a brand new 48-foot screen just outside its Chauncey location on the corner of Washington and Gilbert St. FilmScene will be hosting screenings of movies from the past year in Iowa City s Chauncey Swan Park. Dubbed FilmScene in the Park, it will include five consecutive weeks of free screenings beginning April 21. Each film will play twice a week  on Wednesday and Saturdays  with each screening starting at sunset, at approximately 8 p.m. at the end of April. Seating will be first-come, first served.
