This meeting was called because of concerns from members of the public regarding investigation with the death of amaly, one of our 24 year old resident who was riding in august. There were quite a few comments in there that i havent heard so it was informative for me to hear this as i move forward with our initiatives in the next few months. I want to thank the Bike Coalition and a few other organizations that came out to make their comments. As i mentioned earlier, im looking forward to passing a resolution to vision zero which is to look at the education piece of this and im hoping the same people, many of you i really hope you join us as we have the dialogue of how we can come up with concrete plan as it relates to a Pedestrian Safety Awareness Campaign for San Francisco.
