Essential services for Mental Health and Psychosocial Support in Humanitarian Settings Since 2019 the Netherlands has supported a programme helping girls, boys, women and men living in humanitarian crises to attain improved mental health and psychosocial wellbeing, facilitating integration in child protection, through the joint WHO-UNICEF-UNHCR minimum services package for mental health and psychological support in humanitarian crises. Beyond the work on the minimum service package, the Netherlands is supporting WHO’s humanitarian mental health activities in Lebanon and Iraq.
