我省高质量完成乡镇团委换届工作-太原新闻网-太原日报社

　　7月23日，记者从团省委获悉，今年以来，山西省市县三级团委认真贯彻省委及团中央关于基层团组织换届工作的部署要求，紧抓乡镇党委换届契机，全力推进乡镇团委换届工作，全省应该换届的113个县(市、区)的1061个乡镇全部完成换届任务。
　　据介绍，团省委将乡镇团委换届作为重大政治任务，积极推动换届工作纳入乡镇党委换届总体部署，坚持在各级党委领导下推进换届工作，坚决防止各地将换届工作做成一般事务性工作。联合省委组织部、省纪委监委驻省政协机关纪检监察组成立换届工作领导组，高位推动全省乡镇团委换届工作。与省委组织部联合制定《关于做好县、乡、村三级团组织换届工作的通知》，详细规定换届流程、人选条件、时间节点等，明确要求涉及代表人选、人事酝酿、会议选举等重要事项要及时向同级党委请示 ....

为3万户困难老年人家庭进行适老化改造，建设100个省级儿童“关爱之家”示范项目，向3万名快递员、送餐员等“八大群体”赠送健康体检服务……7月9日，省委党史学习教育领导小组办公室召开的“我为群众办实事” 开展困难群体关爱行动新闻发布会上，省民政厅、团省委、省总工会、省妇联、省残联以及扬州市有关负责同志介绍关爱困难群体务实举措以及推进计划。
真金白银补齐短板
针对农村养老服务这个短板，我省计划将100个农村敬老院改造提升为标准化农村区域性养老服务中心，并在保障特困人员集中供养需求的基础上，向农村社会老人开放富余床位，以满足他们“养老不离乡”的愿望。80个农村敬老院已开始改造提升，其中31个目前完成改造。
