致命装修：苏州四季开源酒店坍塌致17人遇难背后


　　据其公众号介绍，四季开源酒店集餐饮、住宿、会议为一体，餐厅大小包厢20余间，客房70余间，客房包括套房、标准间、单人间、贵宾包间等。同时，宴会厅还可承接各种大小宴会，内设大型停车场。
　　2020年5月28日，更名后的酒店重新开张。四季开源酒店豪车云集的开业庆典在附近引起了轰动，相关短视频在平台上热传。此后一年间，王安石还在网络平台上频繁发一些“晒酒店”的短视频进行宣传。
　　重新开业后，四季开源酒店就开始酝酿进行翻新。2021年4月19日，该酒店完成了对庭院的翻新工程。一位酒店员工则对界面新闻透露，酒店辅楼在事故前几天才刚开始装修。
　　在“天眼查”APP上，界面新闻看到，四季开源酒店所属的苏州市四季开源餐饮管理服务有限公司成立于2020年3月，法人代表为王安新，不过公司由王安石 ....

一位现场目击者告诉《中国新闻周刊》，他于当晚9点多到达现场，不过各路口都已经封堵了，无法进入主路，只能在外面围观。路上现在停着救援车辆、物资运输车辆等等，大批民众围在外面。一位在待命的救援队员透露，他目前听到的初步消息，是由于酒店客房部装修破坏了承重墙，导致的坍塌，但具体情况还得进场参与救援才知道。
2020年3月27日，苏州市四季开源餐饮管理服务有限公司成立，注册资本为50万，法定代表人为王安新，公司许可项目包括：住宿服务、食品经营、餐饮服务、会议及展览服务。目前四季开源酒店在多个酒店预订应用程序中已经无法搜索。在“大众点评”网站，四季开源餐厅的几条评论都集中在2020年6月。第一条评论发表于6月5日：这家原来是山湖饭店，后来改为四季开源，还在试营业期。
