There s only been one bill here. locally at the ferguson municipal level, it s been a little slow. we re still in limbo. we have an interim police chief, interim city manager, the new municipal court judge for ferguson is interim. everything s still in limbo. they re still negotiating and haven t finished with the department of justice. there was a tremendously scathing report from the department of justice about the operation of the municipal police department and also the municipal court system. there are continued negotiations but essentially no resolution, am i correct, about how this department is going to change itself to bring itself into line going forward? that is correct. the first initial offer made by the department of justice, it was made public last week that the city of ferguson rejected and they would like enough time to be able to offer a solution. so we re still, everything is really up in the air. there have been small changes. many people in the community ....
