Norway victorious in team contest at Lahti Ski Jumping World Cup

Norway won their first team event of the men s International Ski Federation Ski Jumping World Cup season, with individual leader Halvor Egner Granerud top of the podium once again.
Marius Lindvik, Daniel-André Tande and Robert Johansson were also in the winning team in Lahti in Finland.
Granerud produced a monumental round-one jump of 130.0 metres to score 141.2 points, more than 10 more than any his team mates.
Two good jumps from Johansson also helped the quartet to win the gold medal via a final score of 1,024.2 points.
Poland came second as Piotr Żyła, Andrzej Stękała, Kamil Stoch and Dawid Kubacki finished with a score of 1,018.3. ....

Today s International Ski Federation Ski Jumping World Cup qualification in Lahti has been cancelled due to unsafe jumping conditions.
Men s training and qualification were cancelled today due to high winds at the Finnish venue, meaning a single round of training is now set to take place tomorrow instead.
The team competition is due to follow.
The individual competition remains scheduled for Sunday (January 24).
