So you tell them youre going to check it out, right . Just be open about it. There wont be as much backlash. We say this all the time. You know, i work on television, right . So i know i cant get into trouble. So i say it to brody, talking about it in the restaurant, their homework is son line. I can see what they are doing. Everything is visible. And i think that as you say, sue, if you tell them that they are area watching, they know theyre going to get busted. So theyre reluctant, i think, to engage in risky behavior, like brody knows that im looking at his stuff. And they will tell you what their friends are doing, right . Because if you say, you know, than is another thing, i think i learned it from sue actually, you say to the kid, youre not in trouble tore making a mistake, youre in trouble for lying. So you can tell me you punched your sister, but dont lie about it. Thats right. Because Martha Stewart did not go to jail for what she did. She went to jail for lying. Thats right.
