Three individuals, including national professor Md Rafiqul Islam, and an international organisation, have been nominated for International Mother Language Medal by the government.
International Mother Language Institute’s Director (language, research and planning) Md Safiul Muz Nabeen stated about the announcement on Thursday night.
He said the biennial award has been launched this year, with two at the national level and two at the international level. ....
